Illustrator Michael Glenwood is a nationally recognized freelance illustrator who works in the Washington DC area. His illustrations have received recognition from peer groups including the Society of Illustrators, Communication Arts, American Illustration, Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles, 3x3 Magazine, and The Illustrators Club of Washington.

The illustration below was selected for inclusion in the Communication Arts 2008 Illustration annual, arguably the toughest juried exhibition of illustration in the country. (Of 5,286 entries, only 228 images or series made it into the annual in 2007.) The annual will appear on the newsstands in July 2008.
